Tip spent over 30 years in the construction industry before deciding to put his knowledge into Residential Appraising. After passing his boards in January of 1998, he began his career with all of his previous experience preparing him for the Appraisal industry in a unique way.

Lori has been appraising since November of 1998 and has worked hard to get to where she is. After owning a graphic sign company since 1989, she has decided to put 100% of her efforts toward Residential Appraising. Lori passed her boards in 2002.

Anna has yet to take any actual classes or pass any boards as she is still in the apprentice stage. She is learning the industry in order to decide between the careers of Appraising, Dentistry, or returning to school for her Masters in Molecular Biology.
